Ensis editor published, but not yet complete
Ensis is a part of Culter library which is designed to be an editor. But for the moment the version distributed here can only display and test rules.
A new version with edition capability is published. It seems to work correctly with all formats almost for language mappings and non-template rules, but rule templates and their application is not yet editable.
